stalls with A/C on

My car keeps stalling with my air condition on at idle but when i drive it with AC on then it runs fine. When i come to a stop light then it stalls unless i turn the AC off. btw the texas weather is like 90 degrees when this happens. Mods are only CB and Intake on an 88 vert. please help

I'd say, check the BAC valve. Search this forum for "BAC"

Ive heard the BAC causing this also, but Ive heard that at idle the TPS isnt reading to raise the idle because of the increased stress put on from the A/C, and that causes the car to stall. Am I wrong, or could that also be the problem??

Get a Compression check - Low Compression motors will stall every time the ac clutch engages at idle

I must be a whiney bitch then!
Auckland summers get seriously humid, plus in the winter A/C clears fogged windows in seconds instead of minutes. I’d hate not having it!
I’ve been toying with the idea of installing a cut-off system like the S5’s have (A/C cuts off over 50% throttle) using a microswitch on the TB and a relay switching the compressor. No more power loss probs!
