Sqeeky undercarriage
Please Help! My '91 RX7 coupe continues to develop a sqeeky undercarriage noise from the rear of the car once the suspension gets warmed up and driven several miles. I just replaced the rear dampers (struts) and boots thinking this was the culprit. I was wrong-it is still doing it. The car only has 47,500 original miles on it and everything under the car looks clean. I also tried to lubricate the under body and subframe with wd-40 to no avail. Does anyone else with a 2nd gen have similar problems? Thanks.

Oh also...did you replace the stock boots with stock boots? Some smart guy put some wierd boots on mine with a washer or something in between the bushings and it wore into the metal sleeve that holds the bushings together...squeaked like hell. Dunno if this is what's wrong with yours, but just an opinion.
