How do you steam the undercarriage?

I heard someone mention getting the undercarriage of the car steamed...where would you go to get this done? mine was a florida car and it looks like crap underneath

I'd like to know as well. My fd isn't all that dirty but my prelude is from an oil leak and busted cv boot.
