Unhappy spider lines HELP

Well the problem came when I looked under the hood at my oil metering lines because of a thread that I saw on this forum and noticed that the lines had air in them and I never looked while it was running but today I did and I saw that the oil is not moving at all and the lines seem to be air locked. Could the spider lines be causing the problem I took the intake off and the spider lines are cracked were they seal to the oil injectors. Does anyone know why there is no oil going threw the lines. Also it is only 2 or 3 of the lines not all of them any imformation is greatly appriciated

The crack(s) yor see, at the Metering Oil Lines, are common when these lines fail resulting In air In the lines, let alone Oil reaching the Injectors...Infact, I had the same scenario too. I found that 1 of my 4 Oil Injectors were actually working! From there, I have been premixing and haven't looked back.

What do you guys mean when you say premix and if you mean what I think do you rum 2 stroke oil in the gas. Also for you guys I have replaced the oil metering lines I mean the vacume line that attach to the oil injectors, and does anyone know were the cheapest place is to but oil injectors. I looked on mazdatrix and they didn't have any or at least I didn't find any on there site.

2-stroke oil in the gas yes.....oil in 1st...theng gas so it mixes...castrol stuff is good...mobil one...128:1 like i said..so 1 ounce per gallon....if you have the wrenching skilles...pull your manifolds...remove all oil injectoin crap, injectors, OMP, lines, etc...put bols through the holes....one per rotor housings..2 on manifold...and block off omp....

www.k2rd.com will sell you block plate kit...or just the omp block off...guys are awsome..

the proper size bolts and more info from here

premix will burn much cleaner than regular motor oil.....i reccomend doing the water trick after you start to run premix or before...just to try to clean up some of that nasty carbon motor oil will leave when it burrns...grab a vacc line....the middle one (s4 right, u never said)....will go to both rotors....grab it...with a bottle of water...put vacc. line in water...hold engine at 3k to prevent it from dying....

The oil does not move thru the lines at idle. IF you want to see the oil move, lift up of the oil metering actuator while the engine is running at idle.

The way I read this thread at the beginning, it seemed you were talking about the air line that goes to the top of each injector, and how one or two were cracked. Cracks in the air line will not keep the injectors from working. Those are a source of filtered air to the oil injectors. The suction is From the oil injectors. Its the rotor on its intake stroke that causes the suction.
If its the oil lines that are broken....buy new ones from Mazdatrix.

There is a free factory service manual at http://www.iluvmyrx7.com and it has a Lubrication section. free Download it to your hard drive.

Thanks for the web site I am going to order an OMP block off plate as soon as I get a pay pal acount it wount let me order with out it. I think this will be much cheaper than buying all the other new parts that it would need compared to keeping the pump and buying all new parts

Thanks

good plan...yeah..I had to wait for the pay pal **** too...

Make sure you use new intake manifold gaskets...you dont have too...it'll save you alot of headaches..I like to have one tear down..and one reassembly...the only gasket you'll have to replace is the lower to upper intake manifold gasket really...thats if you want too.

Check your pulsation dampener....vacc lines....everything you can.

Takeing the intake off has become a very common thing with my car it takes me about an hour I've done it so many times now. I have taken it off at least four times just to mess with the fuel injectors now and have already replaced all the intake gaskets and clear coated the intake and the whole engine when I pulled it a gave the car a new one. But anyway thanks for all the information guys.

Thanks,
Cory

The paypal crap took to long so I made my own block off plate for anyone who is looking to do this to your car save the ten dollars and make your own all you need is a saw-zaw, grinder, and a piece of 1/8 inch steel it wasn't that hard to do.
