Angry Spark Plugs/Converters

Two part question,
Every 3 months I need to replace my spark plugs, and every 6 months I've been replacing my converters...what's causing this problem...and what can I do to reslove it?

You're running rich. Have all injectors professinally cleaned, change the temp sensor on the thermostat housing, change your O2 sensor, and adjust the idle mixture.

There may be other causes, but these are the most common. Also, test your ACV.

ACV=Air Control Valve....

I think you should get a Haynes manual, or at least figure out how to use the search.
