Spark Plugs

I put ngk platniums in my car like usuall but this time i switched them and my car is running real rich...i dont know if it happend the same day...but it was after i switched them...i have 8mm wires running to them...any suggestions....

it might be a sucky spark plu gand u are not burnign all teh fuel, did u touch the timing? fill up diff octane?

Platinum?

Yes....platinum lasts longer, but takes more spark energy to fire. HMMMMMMM! Stick with the stock plugs. Also....it might be a good idea to check your O2 sensor.

...agreed. Also, that whole 7 leading 9 trailing thing...just run all 9's. They're colder plugs and they'll last longer with no hp loss.

NKG claims Platinums are easier to spark, for improved efficiency.

I just went through the URL rather quickly but found NO mention of those claims.&nbsp Can you give us more info on where NGK does make these claims???
