Question spark plugs

I removed 2 plugs from my car today ,i know they they need to be replaced they look extremely worn .i have had the car for 3 weeks i dont know when they were previously changed.one of the plugs has hard white stuff in the cross section that u can see in the pic .they are not wet and i dont see any antifreeze so i guess the seals are okay, does this look like normal wear other than that they were in there to long.sorry if the question sounds stupid i dont know anything about car repair i normally take my cars to mechanic for any type of repair.

looks like normal wear.what are the other 2 plugs like?
i segest you change all 4 at once.are they the leading or trayling plugs?
look for L or T on the spark plug itself.

The rotary engine normally burns through the lower (leading) plugs in 5-10K miles.
The right plug in the picture looks like a completely worn out leading plug.

I use NGK platinums (BUR7EQP) in the leading holes for more miles between changes.

Those deposits are normal.
They are deposits from gunk left over from from the fuel after it's burned.
The spark plugs should've been changed a long time ago.

Wow...that's bad.

Your gas mileage should improve quite a bit.

Thanks for the advice and replies ,i will remove the other 2 plugs and replace them also and mabey a new set of wires .my car seems to have lost some power from when i first got the car ,could the bad plugs and mabey wires be causing this.the only way i can explain it is when i step on the gas it seems like it takes the turbo much longer to really kick in.
