Question SPA turbos, has anyone used them?

Hey guys, there is a local shop selling SPA turbos. They are from Brazil just like MAster Power. I had never heard of the company. Here are the specs on the turbo I plan to buy.

TO4E
3" inlet .70a/r Turbine
p trim
.96 a/r tang housing t4 flange undevided

If any of you guys have heard or used their products let me know. The website is www.spaturbo.com.br its not in english though. give me your feed back. If nobody has heard or used them before, I will try it out and give you guys feedback.

Update and corrections:

The turbine is a TO4B not E. It has been mounted already and everything is conected. I decided to use the stock ECU for break in and have driven the car for about 200 miles with no problems . These are the new parts I mounted to support the turbine: 850cc primaries and 1600cc sec., FMIC, 40mm wastegate manual boost controller and a tail BOV. I also relocated the battery, and put braided fuel lines. I am controlling the injectors with a SAFCII. So far so good on idle I got 10psi till redline and I started to see boost at around 4000rpm. On load however I see 10 psi at about 4000rpm and with less the 1/2 throttle and I have to feather it because it wants to keep climbing ( I am still adjusting the wastegate my goal is to have it open at 10 psi). It is a BIG difference from the stock turbo. I am actually surprised that it boosts this quick with out going WOT, I expected a lot more lag. I have not dared to go WOT for ovious reasons. I have a haltech sitting at home but I need to lower my CC debt before I can spend more money on the car . I don't plan on boosting more than 15 psi once I install the EMS and hope to make around 400whp once everything is tuned correctlly. I will post photos of the turbine later and keep you guys updated on the progress so far so good.

Kudos on your English - it's a LOT better than a lot of the KIDS typing in here!

It sounds like a promising product, but I have my reservations on how good the quality is.
But then again...my Garrett GT turbos were built in Mexico.

Keep us informed on your progress!

update:

Its has been a few months since I posted about the SPA turbo now. I have no negative things to say about the turbo. It spools to 14 psi between 3500 and 4000 rpm and it comes on hard, the amount of power its producing untuned is increadible. To let you guys in on my progress with my car I cracked the rear iron on the s4 keg when I boosted 1 bar on june of this year. Upon inspection I found no sign that the damage was caused by the car going lean. Anyway I had the motor pinned and the oil was bypassed with the racing beat oil bypass adapter ( I dont know if I am describing it correctly). After break in the fun started. I am waiting for the Rtek 2.1 to come out (rteck1.5 currently installed) so I can take it to a dyno and tune it properly. On the mean time I have the timing retard and it is street tuned to +/- 10:1 fuel ratio using a wideband and the SAFCII. So I know there is more potential from this turbo than what I am getting from it now.

My conclusion:
they are a decent alternative to more expensive brands without sacrificing reliablility. Hope this helps some of you who plan to upgrade the turbo and are on a budget like me.
