Can we get a few more pics of the fuel setup too? Mainly the sump and return. Also the mounting of the pump. Lastly, how did you mount the IC. I've been looking at mine and it looks like you have to do some serious cutting to get the IC to run all the way across like that.

The heater hose doesnt too close to the manifold, I cut the stock metal pipe and ran the blue hose to that. So its not the blue hose all the way back... I also have a heat shield sleeve for the heater line I have yet to put on...

I can try to get some more shots of the fuel setup... Here is the intercooler without the bumper on...

So do you still use the plastic/composite bumper (actual bumper) that's under the shell or did you remove it?

No, that and all the mounts for it were removed... I believe i could have chopped it up to fit around the intercooler, but i just removed it instead.

its your nose soft w/o the foam and composite bumper behind it. Ive hacked a slot in my 90 kinda like yours but I wasnt sure if I took out the actual bumper if at 100 mph the bumper would flex alot. Im not so worried about hitting things, just warping the nose.

I have no rollcage, or strut braces at all. My car gets no APPARENT flex, when I jack it up. If I have it on one jackstand, and jack up the far corner, I can have 3 wheels off the ground... no flex. RX-7s have pretty a pretty stiff chassis

Anyways, nice car Chris.

For drag racing the main concern is keeping the driver safe - chassis rigidity isn't as much of an issue and when it is it's mainly in keeping the middle of the car from folding up.

For road racing there are strict rules you must adhere to and in many cases running the cage to the front strut towers is illegal because it also enhances performance.

Nope...Sorry to say it straight ou tlike this, but youre wrong.

REW motors dont have the CAS there...They use a plate on the crank. Thats just a 13BT ( FC ) motor with a 13B-REW upper intake manifold.

Well, I'll be the next to inform you that it is in fact, and REW engine.

Just a few questions.
The blue thing by the roll cage, thats your sump right? I would like to read you setup on that.
Why didn't you just put the rear braces for the cage to the strut tower?
What kind of waste gate is that?
The oil line for your huge *** turbo, Does that feed oil to the turbo in the on position from a oil resivoir so you have oil in the turbo before it starts to spin or how are you working that?
Could we get some pics of the passenger compartment?
I like you steup man, Its totally clean.
Charles
