hrmm i was going to say check your clutch but nvm looks like you got it handled and also i just reread the first page again and realized you were throwing a code, if it ever does that again and isnt throwing codes at you its probably a clutch slipping (clutches are something that a lot of people dont think about when their car loses power although that is not the case here) just keep pre-mixin the gas if you have to move or drive the car with your broken omp i guess, this stuff is all new to me as well so your not alone lol, i know piston motors but not rotarys

I received the same problem that you were having two months ago. I troubleshot it and replaced the pump, only problem is, that didn't fix the problem. The error code I was getting when I turned on the engine was 26 (metering oil pump step motor). When I accelerate. it would go into Limp mode. Changing out the motor didn't correct the problem and I tried everything else before I even did that. The only things that I didn't touch was my TPS and my ECU. If there was something I missed then let me know. I'm still getting the 26 CEL and I know for a fact that my OMP is good.

well im glad im not the only one who donesnt know much about rotorys but when i picked my car up the guy i bought it from never told me that he had someone block off the OMP and he had been premixing. well i know now and i premix runs the same plus i herd premixing helps the motor last longer.

it doesn't help the motor last longer, it helps to keep the motor alive when the OMP is not working/installed.

Well... I've been doing some research and testing and determined that the cause of this entire problem is my ECU. I tested everything I could except the ECU. It turns out that when the OMP goes bad, it take the ECU with it.

if you care for you car buy this chip http://www.pocketlogger.com/index.ph...age=1&ecu=S5NA and send them your ECU.

you'll have to run premix from now on, but it is much better for your engine. you also wont have to worry about pulling anything apart under the hood and messing something up.

check the plugs on your secondary fuel rail.
its might be that they aren't working limiting you from going beyond that range.
