Right off-hand it sounds like the CPU needs to be resoldered. It'll be behind the driver's kickpanel next to the fusebox. If I remember, just one 10MM nut is holding it in. Hunt for the CPU fix, either here, or I'm pretty sure Ted might have it on his site: http://www.fc3s-pro.com

All of those are controlled by the CPU. If the car will start fine, then the starter is OK. A starter has no influence on the beeping you hear when you insert the kay.

Yup. They're bad about flooding.

The turn signal lights and that beep sound are controled by a little black box in the drivers side kick panel behind the plastis. Check this first, this is most likely your problem not the ECU.

thanks everyone for your help...i'll check all of it..i've been trying to get my car started for a while now... still nothing...just cranks..pulled the injectors out..cleaned them (half assed cleaned them) ..turns out i can't start the car without the intake on..so i put everything back together..and try it again..and still wont start....(it started before for like 4-5 seconds then it shut off) i was told its because my intake was not attached..(the afm is in the intake box) so i put everything back..and now it floods again...man...

No one has mentioned the parking lights. Odds are you have a dead or dying headlight switch.

Also, the CPU and ECU are NOT THE SAME THING. The ECU controls the engine, and lives under the carpet in the passenger footwell. The CPU controls mostly cosmetic functions (blinkers, horn, beeper, etc.) and lives in the DRIVERS kick panel.

Aaron's right. The headlight switch could be failing as well. Something in the back of my mind tells me the running light circuit runs through the CPU too. Been a while since I've had to hunt electrical problems (w00t!)

Doesn't matter really. Running an engine with a little fuel in the oil won't hurt it for a short period of time.

cool..so unflood it first...and see if it actually runs... by the way...what do you think could be wrong:
my car would start for like 4-5 secs. then die off...would it really be the intake not attached to the motor?

Yes. Everything needs to be attached to the engine. The airflow meter at the end of the black snorkel measures how much air is coming in. Without that signal, the engine won't know how to run, therefore it dies.
