So..What the hell is this called?

So i checked under my car one day after noticing that all my clutch fluid drained and noticed this was gone...

I cant find what this is called in the fsm so im lost.

photo provided by old engine sitting out back so yeah

So where the heck do i buy one of these and how do i replace it?
I was checking the other one out and felt i was gonna tear it if i kept poking at it so any help would be appreciated

Thanks

I wouldn't worry about it too much.. Not sure of the exact name but it's just a dust boot for the clutch viewing hole.

Just go to the auto store and get plugs, like rear spoiler plugs or something like that and add some rubber sealant around it to hold it in there.

Looks to me an NA FC3S trans. The TII trans does not have the rubber plug, it has a metal inspection plate help on by a few 10mm screws...

I have no NA parts, so I would not have that plug...

Sorry..

seriously, don't worry about it.

if you're that **** that you think a big metal rod is going to defy gravity and get sucked into that hole then i have one..

they're almost always missing these days because the rubber deteriorates from oil leaks, age and heat. out of 3 trannies on the shelf i only have one plug in decent condition.
