do you premix? you know that rotaries do inject oil into the chamber, right?
not trying to sound like a jackass, but just making sure you know that stuff.
those aside, it could be anything. oil control rings maybe?

It's normal to have some amount of oil on the plugs, like blmcquig said. And what do you mean by blown turbo?

If you think your turbo put that oil there...there is only one way for that to happen. It is getting blown out on the cold side of the turbo. Pull off a hose that comes off the turbo into the intercooler. If there is oil there...that would be your turbo. Or a faulty (really) faulty case breather. But that dumps into your TID.

well the only reason i said anything about the blown turbo is because i have black oil on my down pipe and the oil on the dipstick is still clear and new. the oil i found on my sparkplugs is also black and i just wanted to make sure nothing was really wrong.
