Well insurence got back to me, getting a good enough chunk of change to buy another 7 and i'll have a part out of my other one after i take the engine out so i have a spare....and i've always wanted to take a rotary apart, done many piston type, but not a rotary. Part out thread will start next week

well at least the insurance company gave you a decent amount, Not going to lie though the NA engine was laughable when I floored it the first few times....but water can make any car do funky things.

I thought about looking for a t2, but decided against it because i don't know turbo systems very well, and i know the longevity of the n/a is longer. I'm ok with the n/a

i crashed my second gen due to bad weather and low tire tread. Hit the passenger side pretty hard. Folded the control arm back broke the endlink, mangled the fender and bumper. Bent subframe and warped the box rail a bit. Rigged up my own frame straightening rig with unistrut and concrete anchors. Fixed in my backyard. It looks and drives straight now! There is hope!
