smoke from trubo?

ok so my winter beater died the other day so i was stuck driving the rx7, its an S5 turbo, with a street port, i drove it to work it was -2C out side when i got out of work it was -20C so DANG COLD i started the car up after some work lol, but after 10 second of idle as per the new Ontario law lol i started to drive off, i noticed lots and lots of smoke from my car, so i let the oil pressure go down to 70psi (i moded my oil pressure regulator to max 80psi) once the pressure went down and the exhaust pipe heated all the oil all was good no more smoke, well 4 days of this weather and no time to change my oil from 15-40 to 10-30. i since then changed my oil to 10-30 (due to global warming we should not see cold weather wright?.....) wrong. its been dam cold all winter so im thinking of going down to 5-30, the problem im getting now is its starting to smoke more and more out the exhaust, could i have broken or damaged the turbo oil seal with the heavy oil that was in there and me trying to move the car with that think oil in there?
and dose any one use there turbo 13B's in winter time if so what oils are you guys using? i dont want to under do my oil aether. keep i mind i premix so i dont have to worry about what oil the engine is burning

thanks for the help sry i cant spell and sry for the rant :P

I think having a trubo is your first problem. But anyhow I doubt heavy oil will damage the turbo seals. Does it smoke on decel or just all the time?
