13b n/a...was driving and running fine.i stopped for food,then it was hard to start.when it did,thick non sweet smelling greyish white smoke comes out.then stops.so i check the oil.im a quart and a half low.so,i fill it.then,every time i idle for more than like 30 seconds the smoke comes back,THICKLY.so i figure im screwed and drive home(about 45 min drive).i let the car sit and now it doesnt smoke at all.i turned it off,started it,let it idle,redlined it,did a couple doughnuts,and no smoke?what could this have been!!!!???

 

More Mazda Voodoo. My car is extremely "moody" these days and for the life of me I can't figure out why!

 

My turbo lets out huge white clouds sometimes when I cold start, but only when it's really cold. It smells like barbeque, so I figure it's fuel getting dumped or something. Point is, it goes away and car runs fine so don't panic yet. Can't say what it is though.
