blue= oil
white= water/antifreeze
black= fuel (i.e. running rich)
bluish/white= oil, usually when you have oil seeping past the oil rings and sitting on the apex seals over night and you start the car in the morining and it burns off the oil, you see bluish white smoke. Also depends of the temp and amount of daylight, it may appear more white and less blue, leading you to think its burning water.

The only color smoke that you gotta watch is really dense white.&nbsp You need to smell it - it'll be obvious if it's coolant or oil.
