What year is your car? If its an s5, it will cause the aux ports to not open which will kill top end power. If its an s4, then it won't do anything. All removing it does is free up maybe a few HP and clean up the engine bay.

Yank that sucker. If you don't have a cat anymore, then its just dead weight. You will lose 5-10 pounds and gain a HP or two and the car will a little easier to work on.

If you remove the air pump, then its a good idea to run dual alt pullys. Otherwise the water pump can slip at high RPMs, which is generally a bad thing.

If you have the stock cats, then you definately need the air pump. If you remove it, you stock cats will fry and clog up the exhaust, which is a bad thing.
As for the hose, I'm honestly not sure. The air pump was already gone on my car when I got it. If its the one taht goes to the ACV, then I think you can remove it as well and block off the hole on the intake manifold with a block off plate.
