well guys thanks for everyones help with the issue with my lights i got em fixed i found like 4 to 5 blown fuses and wires that were grounded out got it fixed and now i have lights and everything inside working great... neways heres the newest problem to the car which is getting annoying but w/e im smelling raw gas when i open my hood or when i turn on the A/C the smell of gas that comes threw the vents is horrible im not shure if it can be my pulsation dampner any ideas??? theres liquid sitting on the LIM not shure if thats gas havent had the chance to check but if it is how do i go replacing it??? what exactly do i need to take off ????

CHECK THE PULSATION DAMPER!!!! the smell of raw gas is the tell tail sign of pulsation damper leaking. this cuases a serious chance of causing a fire. as raw gas leaking in the engine bay is bad news if it hits the exhaust manifold BOOM FIRE!! i wouldnt drive it anymore till its fixed just to be safe.

you will have to remove the upper intake manifold to get it off and replace it.. if turbo its like take off intercooler, then like 6 bolts hold on the umiu take off the throttle cable and omp linkage on front of TB, unplug everything and then undo all the hoses and its off u dont have to quite completly remove it u can just sort of move it out of the way or flop it over.
na the job is about the same. lil easyer actually...

if u think it is leaking i would definitly replace it. its a 86-88 car right?
the actual part is just a bolt with a round thing on the end with a plastic cap.

 

and do i need to go to mazda and buy a new one???? cause i can go buy one tmw and replace it....

if you're going to replace the pulse dampener in a 86-88 primary rail, replace it with a series 5 one piece rail, wich doesn't develop leaks

 

you can see if the PD is leaking with out taking anything off, just put your hand under it, keep the car off. and Jumper the fuel pump so it comes on,, If its not leaking its most likely the fuel hose you Cant see thats under the uim.. Mine was just dripping. But enough where is smelled like it was pouring out,
