Slow shut-down
I did search on this. I have a '87 turbo and when I turn off the ignition, it doesn't just shut off, it takes a few seconds to wind down. I previously had a '86 NA and it didn't happen with that car. The PO said that she sometimes experienced flooding so I'm wondering if the injectors are possibly leaking and this slow shut-down is a symptom.
Actually now that I'm typing this I think leaking injectors wouldn't necessarily cause this behavior. Anyway, ideas?
The car starts fine, runs strong and idles great (knock on wood!). And again knock on wood, I have not experienced any flooding issues. I've also tuned the car up after I bought it so that may have helped. Thanks for reading.

I don't exactly know, but years ago when I put on my first e-fan, my engine did the same thing. The E-fan was backfeeding the electrical system and keeping the engine running while the blades of the fan were spinning. When the blades stoped, the engine stopped.
