Slow leaking

I just put a new set of tires on a used set of 17 inch wheels. Im getting a slow leak from 3 of them where the sidewall of the tire meet? What is this? and what can be done to fix it? Or do I need new wheels?

Take them back to the tire shop. It may be as simple as the bead seat needing cleaned. They should be able to address the problem.
