sleepy eye headlights...

i want my headlights to go up halfway on my rx, i've heard there is a "sleepy eye". how do i do that???

uhmm... in my case, I got some miscellaneous crap stuck in the track... and now it's jammed!

Ugh, pull out your under hood fuse marked "Retractor."

Sitck your hand under the car, under the headlight. Pull off the rubbery thing and turn the **** you find there. Observe the headlights .

do i put the "retractor fuse" back in? are they stuck like that or can i open & close them to that position all the time?

If you put the fuse back in, it will operate normally, ie, it will go back to it's normal position.
