pull the fuse when the lights are down then turn the lights to go in the up position .. then put the fuse in and pull it out quickly before they are up.

btw it looks hood rigged

when i first found out about them i liked them UNTELL!!! everybody and their grandmother sporting them. after that it just looks like your car is drunk. i think it just like jumping on the band wagon
