Smaller is better for inlet - get -3 or -4.
Larger is better from outlet/drain - minimum -10, but try to see if you canget -12 or bigger.
Beware, those fittings are BANK!

Those are for the oil lines, the water lines are not that important - in fact, don't even bother with the water cooled center (did you buy the turbo yet?).&nbsp You can use normal heater/coolant hose for the water lines, but if you insist on SS AN stuff, you can go with -6 stuff.

no i did not buy the turbo yet. does the turbo have to be water cooled? is that what you mean about don't bother with the water cooled center. i think i will be getting the 60-1 , is that a good turbo, i would like to see 400+hp can you give me some ideas on the specs for the turbo. and yes my fuel will be taken care of also ...

Yeah, get a "dry" center; the water-cooled center just adds more hoses and complexity.

Sure, the 60-1 can pump out 400 to the wheels!

60-1 is the compressor section, so all you'll need is the specs for the turbine section.&nbsp I'd go with a P-trim and 0.84 A/R for a street car...

is that .84 for the compresser side exhaust should be over 1 for a ported engine shouldnt' it?

Unless you wanna get a totall divided manifold (with the divided turbine housing), the power will lag a bit versus the stock turbo.&nbsp The 1.0A/R should kick in about 4kRPM (with a collected HKS cast manifold), but the 0.84 would be a more streetable version - boost should kick in almost like stock...

but will the .84 give you 400+ HP that he wanted?

and of course you want a divided turbo/manifold just costs more...

The turbine A/R dictates powerband.&nbsp It doesn't really affect peak power output.&nbsp Small the turbine A/R, the lower the powerband, but you risk choking the top-end.&nbsp Larger the A/R, the higher the powerband.&nbsp It's a delicate balance with rotary turbos since they rev so high, so you need to run (typically) larger A/R's than piston engines.&nbsp Most (street) piston engines run arund 0.50A/R!

Not very if you follow the instructions included!

I've been in a car that ran a V-trim - the boost kicks in REALLY QUICK!&nbsp We're talking around 3kRPM, and it hits real hard!&nbsp They only problem is that the on-center turbine housing will not fit on the engine with the HKS exhaust manifold. Test-fit everything to see if this is true or not.

As far as fitment the only problem i heard was that the compressor hits the frame rail. It sucks i know!..But will grinding the frame rail be all that bad for the car??...

TED- did the car you rode on had a stock IC??..I will be using a custom NPR FMIC which is bigger than the starion unit and im worried about lag..

Oh man, that's not something I would recommend to do.&nbsp Pay the <$300 to get the tangential housing, and everything will fit fine.

That car actually had a 2-180 Spearco core, so it was a decent sized front-mount IC...

http://www.1300cc.com/howto/how2/adrian.htm

This guy is running the same set-up. He has the same turbo and manifold. Notice how he had to bang the frame rail in a bit to clear the turbo?..its not too bad i think.
