Single exhaust bumper

Does anyone make a rear bumper for single out exhaust?
I just think that if you have a single exhaust you should have a bumper with one cut-out.

No because FC's are meant to be dual outlet.

I've never seen a single side bumper SOLD commercially. Most people that care enough about having the single like that have a body shot fill the second one in.

do you guys just fiberglass right over it? i was thinking i could make a mold on like the center of the bumper, move it to the hole, then fiberglass like 5 layers over that...
