single exhaust

ok for my exhaust setup i was thinking about using a header (collected..for ease of use, unless i wanna be creative and use the road race design.\) but anyways. after the header running 2.5" pipe to the bumper on the right side (im pretty sure the right would be the straightest path) no im not intending on using mufflers or anyhitng since this is not a daily driver...

i was just wanting some opinion and advice on how to make the most power from exhaust while working with a budget..(i should be able to make the exhaust myself..itll be hydralic bent...not perfect but cheap and i get experience in welding and whatnot..unless i use pre bent pipe and cut and weld..not sure yet)

no thoughts or opinions...do u think this setup will outflow racinbeat catback? or would i bee loosing too much backpressure and loose alot of torque... im thinking of addin a dynomaz or flow master muffler...

You won't be flowing as much. Lets I have a 50MM dual cat-back compared to a 80mm single cat-back, in theory the 50MM would flow more.

Have you thought about enough backpressure to actuate the 5th and 6th ports?

what about the turbulence from the split at the Y? and wouldn't any system be limited to it's most resitrictive component in this case the diameter before the Y and dual 50mm piping? or am i stupid and did you mean true duals? and lastly you would be saving weight as well.

you can do that setup with a decent power gain, i had rb header and straight 3" , however a straight system lke that will be very loud!!! just to warn you LOUDDDD

ok to clear something up.. gewtting rid of the turbulence formt the "y" and the excess bends from he dual setup... also it wouldnt be 3" i said 2.5" that way there is still some back pressur to create torque... the 6\5/6 ports and vdi (converting) will be air pump activated..
i wondering if the straight system will loose too mch low end..that why i was thinking flow master/dynomax muffler.. also i dont see 50mm piping outflowing 62mm piping..also this setup will probably be straighter than most on the market..since im going for straightest path not dual or stock fit...
