I immediately think of combustion seals when I hear "white smoke". Assuming all other factors are ruled out. Is the car fuly warmed up? Does it smell sweet? Are you sure it's white and not blue, etc.? Have you been needing to add coolant at all? How much premix are you using? Do you still have your OMP connected? Are you running really rich at idle? It basically comes down to either coolant, oil, or excessive fuel that is being burned. Alot more detail will help you to locate the cause of the smoking.

Also, turbo or non turbo? How many miles on your engine?
And no, your car is not normal in any sense. It's a rotary.

if you are mixing 1oz per gallon or less then the premix has nothing to do with it and it has to do with the engine weather it be bad tune, coolant seals etc.

yes, the car is fully warmed up, and it does it everytime i add new gas and do the premix, it does smell sweet, when is at idle the smoke is blue but not too much, when i wot!!! it gets white. no i haven't had to add coolant. im using 1oz per gallon on the premix. the omp is been removed. im running lean at idle around 15-16afr. car is a 1990 tII, the engine was rebuild before i bought the car, ill say it has like 10,000 miles tops.

If it smells sweet, similar to almonds, then you're leaking coolant from somewhere.
