should these connect?
Here's an electrical question.
I finished installing a PLX gauge system and now the starter won't spin. I can start the car with an external switch, but not with the key.
Looking under the dash where I was working, I noticed two connectors; one male one female. Both are 2 pin and have 16 gauge (or heavier) wire on the pins.
I don't remember unplugging these, but wonder if they should be plugged together, and I just forgot. (btw, I checked the switch on the clutch pedal, and this isn't it, though it's right next to it)

Nevermind. matched wire colors to the starting/charging diagram in the Haynes and when these two unplugged, it disconnects the B+ from the starter solenoid.
On the male end, they are both B/G, on the female end, they're B/G and B/R.
(looking for memory supplements now...)
