Should I swap front covers or not?

I'm disputing whether to put my 88 front cover on my 91 J-spec engine or not. Isit worth the bother or should I just run premix? And if so how much should I add?

Yeah sure Id go for it provided you still have all your 88 stuff(front cover, omp, and throttle body with TPS, wiring, injectors, etc.). Run the 88 setup on the 91 motor, with teh 91 intake(larger runners IIRC). BE careful when removing the main pulley boss and bolt. While the front cover is off it is easy to misplace a bearing on teh eshaft which will mean you have to do the jobh over again.

OR, run prem,ix. IT is just as easy, but you gotta make blockoff plates and bolts to do that.
