cant get above 4k (not even slowly increasing throttle)

i am bouncing off 4k like a rev limiter (just like the other post) but i cant even get above 4k when slowly increasing the throttle so that would rule out my secondaries. right? i'm ready to drive my car off a cliff with me and an 8-ball of crack inside the car.

ok dude, take all the pieces and put it back together and its yours. and we dont trade turbos, i dont need a seized one.
