Should i do it?

Im thinking about swapping my 91 n/a to a TII would it be worth doing. I have a local guy that would port and rebuild the engine and hook up everything for $1,500. Plus im pretty sure i could sell my S5 n/a engine with 70,000 miles for some money plus i have a nitrous express kit i could sell. What do you guys think.

I am strongly contemplating that myself. I even find myself posting questions on Turbos and the like now.

i don't know how to port and rebuild and engine that's the main reason im having him do it. I don't know how to take apart the engine if i was just swapping the motor i could do that.

if you have the money, hook it up you might also consider selling your car and just getting a TII? They have better suspension, brakes, seats, etc! Either way will be better than NA

I say do the swap, But it also depends on what car you have before you do the swap, if you have a gtu then it will be easier and better, You could swap it into something else, but why, then you would want to do the 5 lug conversiion, and other stuff, Keep in mind that when you do the turbo swap, it recuires tranny, ecu, drive train, and other goodies, its not just the motor, but i have seen someone (hes on the forum) do this hole swap, by trading parts from the na and selling them, and his total TII only wound up costing a couple hundred bucks............
