Shifter Question

Hi, simple question. Will a 5-speed complete shifter work in a turbo II. Mine has alot of play and i figured I'd just buy a used one and found a N/A one. thanx

Just replace the bushings - that should tighten it up like new..

if it has play, you need to replace the shifter bushings as Bill said... not replace the whole shifter.

thanx im just kinda new at all this stuff. I thought it was the bushings to tighten it up but honestly i had no clue what they were, but i catch on quickly. with my haynes manual and that pic i should be able to do it. again thanx

in that picture, the bushing that is "often overlooked" where can it be bought, so i can replace mine?
