sensor with 2 bolts on oil pan not pluged in cause a s5 n/a no start

its the big oil sensor on the oil pan with the 2 bolts and the big black wire on it with the white clip. iv got a fresh rebuild and im having trouble starting it and this is the only thing not pluged in would it cause it not to start?

and can i get a comprehensive list of what has to be pluged in to start a s5 n/a?

Don't know if it's different for s5 but I just installed the Pinapple racing oil pan and the low oil sensor is sitting on my workbench and the car starts. So that's not the problem.

I suspect that my oil sensor is eitehr unplugged or bad and the engine starts. Oil was low and I got no idiot buzzer. I've got plans to test and replace if needed next time I change the oil.

It could be severely flooded. It took mine two freakin days of de-flooding preocedures and two battery charges to finally get it goin, lol.

yup, sounds like it's flooded ***** to me. put a little ATF into the BAC air hose, well anywhere that will get into the combustion chamber really, but that's the spot that was used sucessfully to get mine goin. Give it a minute to let it drain in there. Fire it up and carefully modulate the throttle.

remember:

for the motor to run you need four things..... fuel.....spark.....air.....and COMPRESSION
your freshly rebuilt motor has no compression yet.
