Check for voltages.
If your getting voltage through the harness then you have a injector problem.
Although if the continuity is broken by the bad injector you won't get voltage through the harness either.
You can get a piece of wire to jumper the connector to verify this part.
Then check other stuff like your ECU.

Since they're the secondaries, easy enough to pull the plugs and put 12v on each one to see if it "clicks" (make sure there's no fuel pressure in the rail, or it might flood the engine). This will/won't let you know if the injectors themselves are bad, or if it's wiring and/or ECU related....
