seatbelt recall
I went to the dealer today to get my non-functioning seatbelt fixed, but they said it had already been done in 1997. Any suggestions on how to get them to fix this?

I'm pretty sure they are supposed to do it either way. I took mine and they told me that it had been fixed too but that it was supposed to be fixed/replaced at no charge if it messed up again.
