Seat brackets

i am putting integra type r seats in my car and can’t seem to fondness brackets. I bought off eBay and states that it’s for my 88 rx7 but completely wrong. Does anybody know where I can get brackets to make these Recaro fit?

Drill a hole, hammer this in and bolt it down. I just picked one, you may want to pick a certain size, not necessarily this particular one, wham bam thank you mam and done.

That is a good way to die if you get in a accident.

So eBay seller told me the brackets they sent me were for the turbo version. Why would they change seating position and also is this correct or they don’t want to refund me?

I never said it was the safest way. If being safe is the case he needs to knock that bracket off and fab one that fits correctly.
plus if that one seat bolt is the reason you die in an accident then it was probably your time anyway. The fun of trying to fit non factory parts, whooot whooot. Rusteeze good luck and I like the seats

That is total bullshit.
There is no difference between turbo and non turbo seat mounting.

So I'm using Corbeau seat brackets and extender bars on my FC. I had originally ordered the brackets with sliders but the seats ended up sitting too tall, the top of the seat would hit up against the A Pillar Trim (Note: I'm using Corbeau FX1 Pros and mounting the seat through the bottom. I also have auto seatbelts). I do want to mention that I got rid of the sliders and went with extender brackets to lower the seat more, my head was rubbing against the head liner. I think for your application the seat bracket and sliders would work since your seat isn't that tall. Another option I would recommend is Planted Seat Brackets.

(I did have to bore out the holes where you mount the bracket to the floorboard. They were off a few mm)
