Seat bolts are stripped and rust locked... How can I get them out?

Well, I stripped the interior of my 'vert yesterday. Some of you may remember when I bought the car that the seats were rusted and junk. Well, I removed the seats yesterday. The rails were so rusted that they basically broke right off and out of the car.

When I tried to remove the bolts, one snapped off, so I'm assuming I'll need to drill it out of the holes. The other ones are rounded off, and I can't get them out. Any ideas how to do it? They've been soaking in PB Blaster for the last 24 hours or so, and I was thinking of trying to cut a notch in the bolts with my Dremel to be able to use a flat head screwdriver on them... Any other ideas?

Yeah, it looks like I have to drill them out, then probably run bolts through instead or something.

Yes, these cars are a bitch. My floor is rusted through in a couple spots, so it looks like I'll have to have some sheet metal welded in. At least it's not structural.

I drilled into them and knocked them out with a hammer. Looks like I will be drilling bigger holes and running bolts out from the inside... Either that, or I will have to have the panels cut out and have new ones welded in.

What a clusterfuck.

craftsman makes a rounded bolt removal set. i have it. its a lifesaver! you pound the "socket" from the set onto the rounded bolt, put a wrench or ratchet over the tool and turn it out like normal. the tool cuts into the bolt head as you turn and it will not slip off. amazing little guys
