A. Kurgen ordered something to be delivered by a certain date, by accepting the order you accepted that delivery date. If you could not meet that date you should have contacted him and been a BUSINESSMAN and said you can't do it.

B. Shipping it via a method that does not allow tracking is USELESS and poor customer service.

C. Accepting money on products that have not been produced yet is poor businees, especially when you come on line again and again with different excuses why its not done. If you don't have time to complete in a timely fashion, don't accept the money and don't lead people on. IT JUST PISSES THEM OFF.

D. Don't go to other forums and start drumming up business when you have unfulfilled orders here that you have accepted money for.

E. If you don't have the up-front costs to start production, perhaps you should SAVE some money instead of using other peoples money.

F. Having your girlfriend defend you is pretty LAME IMO. It sounds like the girl from the FC body Kit thread form FC3S.org last spring. Is she going to start swearing at us and threatening us too?

In closing, you have the potential to make and sell alot of product, but your business practices and ethica and manner of doing business are doing you more harm than good.

Kurgan is also at fault in this transaction. PM would have been much better.

I agree with EVERYTHING you said. I already admitted my first mistake was posting it on the forum, but after not hearing from someone for a month or so, I wasn't quite sure what to do... yes, a PM would have worked... maybe.

Adam, the prices on your items are pretty good, too bad your customer service skills are so poor.

Just some quotes from old emails (that I finally found on an old hard drive):
I got the money, and Ill make sure you have it by then.

Adam

I prefer USPS Priority mail. It gets there in 2 or 3 days max, it costs less than UPS, and they handle the packages better. If someone wants to pay extra for a tracking number, theyre more than welcome to, and Ill be more than happy to ship it UPS for them. But I am still going to use Priority mail as my primary means of shipment.

D. Don't go to other forums and start drumming up business when you have unfulfilled orders here that you have accepted money for.
Please tell me where I did this. I NEVER sell stuff on other forums.

E. If you don't have the up-front costs to start production, perhaps you should SAVE some money instead of using other peoples money.
I have never had anyone complain about that. If I didnt do that, ther would be no cf products from me, end of story.

F. Having your girlfriend defend you is pretty LAME IMO. It sounds like the girl from the FC body Kit thread form FC3S.org last spring. Is she going to start swearing at us and threatening us too?
I have no control over what she says, nor did I ask her to defend me.

In closing, you have the potential to make and sell alot of product, but your business practices and ethica and manner of doing business are doing you more harm than good.
Exactly what parctices are doign me more harm than good? There are exactly 2 people who are unhappy with me, and both of them are expecting refunds from me. If youll check the other thread, everyone else who has ever dealt with me had no complaints. I know I messed up by not getting it out on time, but delays happen. Thats life. But I did not hear from him for over a month, so I assumed he had recieved it. Then I come on here, just to see that HE never picked it up at the post office, even though it was there for nearly 3 weeks. He recieved a minimum of 2 notices about it from the post office. And then he accused me of not even sending it?!?!?! Then I show him the reciept, and he tells me it was probably lost in the mail, trying to cover up his tracks.

Now why wouldnt he try to contact me at all first? Maybe because he was trying to set me up?

Dude, I already covered all of that stuff in previous posts.. why do you keep bringing it up?

I told you I didn't know it was at the post office. Had you shipped it another way, a tracking number would have told me about it.

After not getting it by the end of June, it honestly slipped my mind, then I started going through my credit card bills and saw the charge and it jarred my memory. I already said that I should have PM'd you previously, and I wish I would have. This is so stupid, I could care less right about now.

I wasn't trying to "Cover my tracks"... I had no tracks to cover.

From the BIG LIST:

I contacted the bloke (his name is Adam Fournier) and asked him about a
possible Group Buy and he is willing to do it.

I cut and pasted the emails below. Please read them and let me know if you
guys are interested. I guess it would be better if you scrolled down to the
bottom of this email and worked your way up to get the whole pic.

Actually, you have three. I am, however, going to have a part soon, right? You didn't answer this directly in the other thread so I am asking you again. When will I recieve the S4 stereo surround? Thanks.

Well sir thank you for the long list of E-MAILS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
However I see nowhere in there of a forum post. Could you please clarify which forum e-mails are posted on for me I am not familiar with this type of forum. In any case, I don't see where he is going wrong with that business proposition. As a student of business management, I see that as a very neatly and drawn out entrepunurial nogotiation on a said product for a said price that will be shipped on a per order basis to the non contiguous US. Now I ask YOU sir, Where do you see him going wrong in this transaction of comunication log? I for one am planing on ordering a radiator pannel from Adam, and I plan on keeping in touch with him when I do. Everyone seems alittle at fault at the latter transaction but that is being taken care of. Now since we all know this is a Hobby business for money on the side we should take into consideration that it is one person not many doing this, am I right? As for delays, I don't see anyone trying to defame...lets say pineapple racing for not delivering on time, or the RX-7store, or mazdaperformance.com when they don't get their stuff from them on time. Is this because they are "businesses"? and Adam in one "guy"? Or is it that they expect delays from a company of many people who get tons of orders a day, and they do personal business with one person and some how think that there wont be delays? He has many oders from people I am sure. I would like to see a person go after a corporation that had to put one of their ordered parts on back order when they said they would ship it at a certain date. You know what the courts would do to you if you tried something as stupid and childish as that? They would string you up by your ***** and goat F@#$ you. This needs to be dropped right here and now because nothing anyone says here anymore is going to make the situation any better. From now on the less said the better and personal transactions should be done in private and if something goes wrong it should be kept in private, like stated before. Have at it Adam, I'll be conacting you soon about the pannel.
peace,
Charles

First, he came to me. Second, I havent taken any orders, nor do I plan to, until my other things are finished and shipped. But what is the problem with setting up future business now? I know it takes time to set things like that up, thats why I went ahead and got started. By the time that comes to taking orders, Ill have all of my other stuff finished, and Ill have time to do it.

Peacekeeper, its nice for someone to actually understand how business works. I look forward to doing business with you.

Kurgan, I suggest you PM me about this. I want to get this worked out.

Its from the "big list"
Adam has money in heis possesion for parts he has not delivered yet for whatever reason... And he is telling another list he can deliver multiple orders in one week.
I would order from ADAM if i could see a pic of the finished product and if it were available for shipment in a reasonable amount of time (reasonable 1-2 weeks)
This has been dragging on for months!!!

I don't know about you but I don't like my money floating around wondering if the supplier will find it convinient to produce the part that is already paid for.

First things first. Go take a minute, and carefully read peacekeepers above post. You seem to have NO idea how businesses work in real life. This isnt your little fairy-tale world of perfect business. This is REAL life.

Its really simple. If you dont like the basis of my business, then dont buy from me. Good luck finding somene who does quality cf work, and makes parts before people buy. These arent hondas, you dont have 20,000 stupid ricers that will drop a months paycheck just because they see the words "carbon fiber"

Delays happen, in ANY business. How many people have RB full TII exhausts on backorder? How long have they been on backorder? Now take away their company, all their employees, and their full time work schedule, and you have something similar to what I do. I use my free time to make and sell cf parts. I have priorities, besides my cf work. Thats life. I simply dont make enough money to keep parts in stock. And youre the first person Ive had complain about my method of business.

being dicked about charge??? taking it a bit far, bit of being a dick all round on this one
and as for posting on forum, lets not in future eh, or perhaps set up a second forum regarding trader experiences or something, this one though has run and run, and less playground crap like crybaby whilst were at it.... however time to end it , duller than my heavily oxidised wheels now

i cannot say i'm siding with either side, but would like to add no matter the problems this shold not be a public issue it does make both sides look bad. but two negitives will never make right. I know how to work with fiberglass and i'm figuring it's similar to carbonfiber it's an art and if mazdaspeed7 is anything like me you wouldnt be able to give an exact date to when it would be done.. if something repairable goes wrong it will take dry time and sanding time before cosmetic repair. dry time i always extend (hoping for better cure i guess).
you two should really exchange phone/email and chat privatly... I hope everything goes well and you both can settle this smoothly...

Got an email a week or so ago saying money would be soon... nothing else... Adam, please send me a money order... this is getting a little out of hand. If you don't have the money, send me the panel and I'll sell it... right now, you have both my money and the panel... just give me one.
