I want to know what is a safe boost level to run on my car. right now i have a street ported s4 block with a bnr stage 2 s5 turbo with stock top mount. I'm running a rtek1.8 with 750cc primary and secondary and running a turbo smart eboost street ebc.

I have the same setup as you, minues the S4 block and bnr turbo lol, I did also run a 1.8 but switched to a 2.1 when it came out for the S5 in January.
With a BNR stage 2 many people run 12 psi on a frontmount, which I would consider conservative, but with your Rtek 1.8, running 10psi is a safe boost level. Most important thing about increasing boost is timing, and fuel. Since you have a wideband already, only way of adjusting fuel is with a safc.
The 1.8 rtek does a degree for every psi above 8 over stock if I remember. With that in mind, 10 psi on a stage 2 BNr should be a safe spot.
If you want 12+ and be safe, I recommend larger injectors, larger intercooler and a way to tune the timing and fuel. You should try a Rtek 2.1 if you dont want to spend money on installing a standalone.
A stock topmount with the stock turbo at 12 psi is already heat soaking the intercooler to its max, 12 psi on a turbo that pushes more air will be dangerous.
