I have the turbo off and want to port it, but I can't get the arm to move enough to get a bit in. I asked another member and have been searching. I was told to remove the clip but the only clip I see is the one for the rod. Am I missing something my turbo's arm has a weld S5 jdm thanks

 

Just bend up the arm a little until it clears the edge so you can open the flapper, then bend it back when you're done.

 

I was going to try that but thought it might break, I'll try today thanks
