Lots of places, I like rotary ressurection's website for these things, I know there are several others- but I really like the service I have gotten from them...

The kit from turbo city costs $111.22 + Shipping

Thats pretty much double Gpops, I have never used both I am just in the market for one, and would like to hear from someone that has used either one.

never used either...but do note that sometimes when rebuilding the s4 or s5 turbo's and even the fd twin's the turbo's never seal like they did when they first came of the assembly line...Sometime the turbo's still have leaks...even shaft play...But it varies from customer to customer and what his/her experience has been...Many say to just buy a hybrid turbo or find another turbo that does not have problems with it...
