S5 Turbo Possible Gasket Question

Okay I recently purchased an S5 Turbo and manifold here from the forums. I've already taken it apart and rebuilt and have noticed that the plate that goes over the turbo's wastegate housing looks like it may need a gasket, though it didn't have one when I took it apart. Could someone tell me if this needs a gasket and where I can get one if it does take one? Thanks a bunch.

Here's some pictures of where I'm talking about in
case I gave the wrong name of the specific place.

Thank you.

^^^ yep. If you have blow by problems with it you'll need to have the surfaces lapped/machined/planed/whatever to make them flat again (assuming it's not just from loose bolts).
