CA S5 t2 Rebuild

Finally started putting the engine together last weekend and this is waht I've finished so far. Next up is attatching the rebuilt turb. Honestly the hardest part so far in the whole project was rebuilding the wire harness, but I think it looks great. Does anyone who still has a stock setup tell me what goes where the red arrow are. It's the dynamic chamber bracket and there are attatching points there, but when I tore the engine down, there wasn't anything there. I think the throttle cable was tie tied to one of them, but I can't imagine it came from Mazda that way. A picture would be nice, Thanks. More updates to follow

S5 T2 Rebuild

Added the LIM, rebuilt ACV, and rebuilt turbo with full kit from Gpop turbo has no shaft play, I was so impressed with their kit that I ordered another and rebuilt another S5 turbo I have with the same great results. Tomorrow I hope to finish the LIM connections and start hooking up to oil tubes and such

Everything has been primed and painted with 2000 degree ceramic paint. I used the same paint on my S5 NA rebuild two years ago and it still looks like it did when I dropped it in, so I recommend

S5 t2 rebuild

Been a while since I posted. Really been busy with the wife deployed and a 4 and 5 year old running around. Got most of the engine finished and the tranny reworked and attatched. Just got to finish the acccessory section and then it's ready to drop in. Don't think it's going to be ready for 7stock so might end up driving the 91 NA instead.
