There are lots of little differences that do not make this a drop-in swap.

Its generally a good idea to stick to series when doing motor swaps:
S4 1Bt > Into S4 NA Chasis
S5 1Bt > Into S5 NA Chasis

You should be able to find a thread about the details if you do a search.

Theres stuff in the archives about this. You will need a wiring harness from an S5 and the ecu, the gauge cluster too unless you want to re-pin that.

You can also use s5 shortblock with s4 frontcover and all the ***** around the s4 longbloc.

Wait, are you swapping an s5 TURBO motor in. or are you keeping it NA? There is a big difference in stuff needed.
