OH s5 na wont idle, engine light flashes

Hey guys I searched the forum and could not find a topic on this. I have a s5 na fresh rebuild thanks to ziig. Car starts but will die if you dont keep the revs up. When you let go of the gas pedal the check engine light flashes, then when you press it goes away. Car acts like the tps is bad. Any help with be appreciated. Thanks

No its not a vacuum leak, that wouldnt explain why the check engine light flashes when you let on/off the gas pedal.

That's poor logic for ruling out a vacuum leak. On a newly installed rebuild you could have numerous problems, they could be related or not.
