Question Motor blown? How can you tell?

s4 t2 FC running on premix.

Long story, short. My car overheated. Started smoking the whole street out and pulled over got some coolant and drove away. Found out my electric fan shorted out. Blew my egi comp fuse twice. Haven't drove it since (sept.)

I start it every now and then so the motor doesn't seize and while doing so car starts smoking. Not heavily but lingers for awhile. Then goes away. After its warmed up constant smoke comes out the exhaust (white) but barely, like its cold outside.

I do one of the tests. Rev it up to about 3g's for about 20sec constant blue smoke comes out while doing so (not heavily) and when I let off white smoke comes heavily then disappears.

Checked the coolant flow because as I was told if there is a seal thats cracked, constant bubbles will come up. Did and nothing.

What are other things I can check for to make sure its not blown? What could be causing it to smoke constantly? Let me kno...

Thanks
