s5 N/A lsd

changing out my busted tranny and adding lsd. got the tranny off rather quick but not looking forward to changing my diff. will post pics as soon as i take them.

As long as u got two jacks pretty easy. I dropped my whole subframe plus diff. If you doing just the diff, I used a tie down strap to pop it into place around the mounts. Just wrap it and secure to tow hooks. Wrap it so it pulls it up when u ratchet the strap

I think he was refering to the OP

I used 4 jack stands, 2 support the rear of the car up. 2 others so I can move it around and support the rear subframe. 2 jacks for the diff and the subframe.
Changed out the diff in 4-5 hours all by myself.

As long as you take your time, and know where to support and drop the frame, its easy as pie.

What lsd are you adding? Aftermarket? stock S5 or S4?

got subframe and diff off it took me about an hour gonna put in the lsd diff and paint the subframe red for a cleaner look
