S5 injector resistor pack question

S5 injector resistor pack question

Can anyone tell me if the Fuel solenoid & resistor pack on the S5 is the same part for both the turbo and non-turbo models..i am talking about the resistor relay that is behind the passenger headlight any help would be great

It's not injector related at all.

The fuel pump resistor / relay should be the same no matter what FC it's on. I believe the S4 ones are even the same.

Most likey. But on the same topic, does the fuel pump resistor relay on s5 n/a, switch voltage from low to high like the T2's? Sorry to hi jack but, it's on the same topic lol. I just want to know, if I should just hot wire the fuel pump or do what people with T2's do with the relocation the relay to the back.

Yes, they all do the same thing. With the resistor inline, voltage drops to about 9V, and when the relay switches back, voltage returns to 12V.

Lucky S4 NA owners don't have any of this b.s.
