S5 Injector delete?

I have a problem: more injectors and rails than I can see room for. Three secondary and two primary, maybe an aftermarket secondary, also. And like a dozen injectors of different sizes.

So first, is there any mod involving the removal/deletion of injectors? I sure hope not, but I just can't find where the primaries go. Everything I try, seems to not work out.

How do the injectors hook up to the intake system?

Motor and manifolds are all S5 turbo.

Rule 1: Consult FSM
Rule 2: Search
Rule 3: Consult FSM

Final Option: Ask Question.

The primary injector thing was really screwing me up... lack of sleep doesn't help. I don't have it all together, so how does the injector hook up to the... looks like oil injector?

What are you talking about?

2 secondaries seat into the LIM, 2 primaries seat into the middle iron. Take a pic of what you're working with, maybe you've got the primaries in the block sealed off or an old school center iron, or something else weird.

I'm confused here... So you have a normal primary fuel rail... but a aftermarket secondary rail with a extra different size secondary in it?

Take pictures what your working with please, the injectors don't go into where the holes for the OMP are. Your going to have some serious trouble trying to fit them in there...

Theirs 2 holes not even 5mm apart from each other where the 2 primary injectors go on the center iron. Just hook the secondaries into where they go on the LIM and use that to line it up when putting it in, it'll go into the spot its suppose to on its own if you line up the rest of the bolts for the LIM.

Primary injector holes look like this:

EDIT: ignore the motor itself, i know its blown. Just being used as a reference.

Holes for oil injectors are internally threaded. Fuel injector ports aren't

What the **** is going on in here?

There should only be 4 fuel injectors..........no one has any idea why there's "like a dozen injectors of different sizes" because there should only be four, we need pictures to understand what you're talking about otherwise this is a complete waste of time.

He's a FIRST GENERATOR messing around with SECOND GEN stuff. See this thread: https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...18#post8763918

Sorta like he's been working on generators and now want's to work on alternators. Or going from points and distributors to Crank angle sensors. Or going from buggy whips to ???????? some S/M broad like Mandy, using a whip on him. If that makes no sense, then look at this link so it'll make sense: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EjvMoZR7lXY

I know there should only be four, and I'm sorting through bins of parts that I got. I suppose I would have had an easier time finding the primaries, if the engine was in the same room, I'd have solved this myself.

And It's looking like I only have one FC primary fuel rail and three FC secondary rails, as well as four sets of secondary injectors.... I have B2200 pieces in there as well.

Obviously you need to carry the engine down the stairs to the basement.

Look up the part numbers on the sides of the injectors and it'll show what cc/min and impedence they are.

I don't think the hoist would much appreciate a trip down the stairs.

Put the motor on a toboggan and slide it down the stairs.

stock primary injectors and secondary injectors are the same size...

the long rail is the secondary rail, it has 2 injectors, the short one is the primary, it has 2 injectors.

it's not really rocket science, just look at the fuel and emissions section of the FSM, there are pictures.

both those images from your other thread have the fuel rails already mounted to the engine and the lower intake manifold...

If I was looking at the einge, I'd have known.

I feel a bit dumber everytime. I see this thread.

And I have known since the start, where the secondaries were. The primaries freaked my drunk *** out.
