S5 Chassis Weight?

S5 Chassis Weight?
I'm trying to approximate the weight of an S5 rolling chassis without having to take it to a scale. It's an S5 GTUs with the engine, transmission, diff, exhaust and seats removed. Still has front/rear subframes. Can anyone give me a good approximation?

Seems high to me.
My '91 NA weighs 2740lbs. complete...I'd guess closer to 1600-1700lbs. stripped as the OPs is.
